George Gustav Adomeit (1879 - 1967) Oil Painting on Board: Beautiful oil painting by the Cleveland, Ohio native. Measures 13.5 x 10 and framed piece measures 15.75 x 12. He trained in commercial printing, studied at the Cleveland School of Art, and had a successful printing company known as the Caxton Press. Many of his works hang in the Cleveland Museum of Art. This piece was given to the family from the daughter of Adomeit himself.
