Large, heavy early 19th c. sideboard, attributed to the Delaware River valley furniture makers. The primary wood is dark cherry with secondary wood being pine, then with tiger maple veneers on doors and drawer fronts. Some splitting of the tiger maple veneer is in need of repair. Otherwise a magnificent sideboard with large center drawer, two side drawers over a large center storage area with two doors. Two single doors at either side also open to large storage areas. Turned bottom legs. Lion pulls that appear to be replacements but older and in good taste. 66" wide, 46" tall to top of back splash and 24" deep. Suggested bid $2000
